Books make my nose bleed

I know I don't blog about what I wear, maybe cause

A. I don't know anyone who would be willing to take random full-length photographs of me without rolling their eyes

B. I never thought I look good on camera full length wise. It's the thighs I tell you, the thighs.

But hell, it was my last outing in Singapore before I return to the blistery weather of London and the boy was more than willingly to partake in my in-the-spur-of-the-moment antics, so why not?

I'm not really a sneaker kinda girl and I know I should be shot for wearing leggings considering they are sooo not in right now, but having already packed everything in my suitcase and only left with whatever's not, I threw together something totally casual.

Shirt: Dahlia
Belt: Vintage from Mum
Leggings: Topshop
Sneakers: Converse

Goodbye Singapore, I will be home soon *Sighs*

Vice & Vanity

I know it would seem abit odd to advertise another accessory brand on my blog which tries to advertise my own musings, but I have to share my love for Vice & Vanity with everyone.

Vice and Vanity is a accessory design company based in Singapore, which does the most gorgeous, stunning and (kinda) quirky items that are one of a kind (truly, for you will never see anything similar anywhe
re else... at least that's my opinion.)

I already own two of their items and am hoping to get my paws on more!
(The Cait Collar Necklace and Ora bracelet) Unfortunately, the Ora bracelet is not for the winter months just like most bangles, which very annoying considering London is still frigging chilly! I was looking forward to returning to sunshine with slight spring showers and wind. Chances are it's definitely NOT going to happen. But I still have my necklace which I will diligently wear to work, although even then, I'm not sure if I'll be able to find anything to match it to a tee. Oh well, we'll soon find out.

So please do ta
ke a look at their stuff. Registered shipping to London is around 4 pounds!

Next buy: Leila Necklace. Hopefully they still have it. *Lusts*

Vroom Vroom

The must have accessory for SS'08 is the bicycle. I especially love the old- school sort which brings about fantasies of riding it along some cobbly street in some random village in France. How romantic!

Pics courtesy of Nippon Vogue which to me, is the best Vogue in the world though my japanese is totally wacked. (Do check out the Chanel bicycle, Le sigh....)

Quirky Adorable

I've always been a fan of quirky stuff, quirky but cute/pretty stuff. Fred Flare never disappoints when it comes to such things. Their stuff are decently priced. (if you live in the US of course) Here are some of my favourites!

Bacon bandages....

I'd probably eat my finger or just generally make the injury worse...

Hmmmmm....
Bacon.....

The  banana phone....

A classic we should all have. Unfortunately, it's not gonna fit my phone at all. >__<

The camera ring & Forget me knot ring... I love both of them sooo much. =D How romantic is the Forget-me-knot ring anwyays.... Looovvess!

Walking to Tokyo

If you haven't been to the Kurt Geiger Sale, I don't know where you've been cause you're missing out on sooo much.

Just bought these pair from the KG (85GBP reduced to *drum roll* 49GBP) which to me is an awesome deal. They are drop dead gorgeous and surprisingly very comfortable.

Obviously won't be wearing them out on the rickety cobble-stoned pathways of London, but will be keen to show them off back in Singapore. XD YAY!

******

By the way, sorry for the lack of updates. As usual, I am uber busy. BUUUUUTT, on the good side, I will be going home to stock up on more pretty charms and also, I will be going to TOKYO, to seek out the prettiest accessories for everyone to savor on. So do look out for the return of a better, yummier range from me!

p.s For those who have bought bracelets from me: If your bracelet has lost any charms or suffered any damages, let me know by email and I will arrange for the charms to be replaced/bracelet to be repaired. And once again, Thank you very much!

"IT" Bags

Let's do our part for the environment. The best "IT" bags are these environmentally friendly ones. Okay, so it's a chance for many companies to pry money off people like me, but you have to admit, the designs are getting more and more adorable.

I love my "I Heart Tea" bag and tote it around everywhere! Get it from Tea Appreciation Society while stocks last. Hurry cause it goes really fast. I had to wait a pretty long time before I managed to get one for myself! The other bag is from the Design Museum at 19.95GBP which is very pricey if you asked me! But it's cute!

When I Work

For any of you who wonder what I do at my workplace in Fenwick... Here are pieces that I had recently made. They are bestsellers which makes me overjoyed! As you can tell, I'm a big fan of using chains.
I appreciate my job cause I get to play around with stones and my abstract designs are very much appreciated by the customers in Fenwick (the ladies who lunch)...

So anyone out there who has designs in mind or have stones which are just lying around, please contact me and I'll help you create or recreate a new flare of design. =)
